2. Description of Service

Inquora provides exclusive, consent-verified leads across home services, solar, mortgage, and insurance verticals. Leads are sold on a one-time or subscription basis as described on our product pages. Once a lead is delivered to you, it is removed from our inventory and is not resold to any other buyer.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to place orders. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Ordering & Payment

All orders are processed through our website at the prices listed at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

5. Lead Delivery & Exclusivity

We guarantee that each lead delivered to you is:

  • 100% exclusive and never resold to another buyer
  • Backed by a TrustedForm consent certificate confirming homeowner consent
  • Matched to the service area and lead type you specified at purchase

We do not guarantee that any lead will answer, respond, or convert into a sale.

6. Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final. Replacement requests for leads that don't meet our quality criteria are governed by our separate Refund & Replacement Policy, available at [link to policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute any lead information to third parties
  • Use leads for any unlawful purpose, including violations of TCPA or other applicable telemarketing/consent laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our website or systems
  • Misrepresent your business identity when purchasing or contacting leads

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, branding, text, and design, is the property of Inquora Marketing LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific sales outcome, conversion rate, or return on investment from leads purchased.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inquora Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or leads purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the lead(s) in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inquora Marketing LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of leads purchased through our service, including any claims related to your outreach or communication with leads.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business or other users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
